Refund policy

At Vecare, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it;
  • Be in its original packaging;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products;
  • Personal care, skincare, or cosmetic products with broken seals or opened packaging;
  • Gift cards;
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective product, damaged item, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method;
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer service team.
